Can you tell me why Dynadot registrar is not good if your domain attracts DMCA abuse notices?
I was search for DMCA ignored domain registrar in U.S. and found few adult niche sites using Dynadot but they got suspended. I went to check Dynadot.com site and found out that even if you only register domains with them and don’t host actual content, they still take DMCA notices seriously and ask users to take down the content.
Whereas, Namesilo, Namecheap, The Online do not act on DMCA complaints if only domain is registered with them and a user is using third-party DNS and webhosting. So, its Dynadot not better if your domain will attract DMCA abuse complaints? I’m asking this because I’ve to register domain for my adult cam and video sites. So need safe domain registrar. Recommend me DMCA ignored domain registrar that just never suspend domain.
Safest domain registrar for adult sites are namecheap, namesilo, the-online.com as they all do not act on DMCA complaints IF you only register domain with them. That is do not use their DNS nameservers. Dynadot abides to DMCA copyright infringement and they do have a policy to takedown copyrighted material. So, if you are looking to register domain name for adult site or you think it will attrack DMCA complaints and abuse then either you takedown the content when Dynadot tells you to do so, or better avoid registering domain with them.
avoid dynadot if you are going to receive any DMCA notices. They act by suspending your domain name if you don’t take down the infringing content. And for adult video, images, cam sites just don’t use them. I have experience with many registrars on the planet. Best ones that are DMCA-friendly (that is they don’t directly act on DMCA) are the-online.com, namecheap, tucows in the U.S. region. Openprovider and Internet.bs were earlier also ignoring DMCA but now they are strict. Shinjiru might be ok with DMCA. Nicenic, and other Hong Kong or Asia based are not recommended. They’ll suspend domain if user doesn’t take down infringing content.

I too read on blackhatworld that namecheap is mostly used by adult sites followed by tucows/hover.com and the-online.com – all these registrars are solid regarding user privacy too. They’ll require court order to share names of domain registrant.
Dyna-dot is quite strict about DMCA. They even enforce KYC for domain registration. Also, even if you have only domain registered with them and host your site with 3rd-party provider then also they’ll take down the infringing content. Go with them at your own risk if you think you’ll receive DMCA abuse notices.
