Does Interserver igonores DMCA or not?

I am interested to buy shared web hosting plan from Interserver and will be hosting a site about manga/comics plus user generated content. Does anyone knows if interserver ignores DMCA complaints and abuse?

    No. Interserver is based in U.S. and also has server locations in USA. Interserver is strict about DMCA and other abuse and gives 24 hours to takedown the content or they’ll suspend your account.

    Are you looking for DMCA ignored hosting in only U.S or you can get try Europe.

  5. For shared web hosting in the U.S. you can try ordering from The-Online.com which has servers in east coast, web coast too. They forward DMCA and abuse complaints to users and ask the user to take action. Quite liberal hosting provider and also safe for hosting manga and comic content, images, etc. But I will suggest that you get shared hosting from The Online’s europe location which is more resilient to DMCA takedown. Many users here claim its best for hosting content which can attract DMCA notices.

    Better to host with other like Ava, Alexhost, The Online, Cloudzy, BuyVM.
