2. Is Interserver DMCA ignored host?

No. Interserver is based in U.S. and also has server locations in USA. Interserver is strict about DMCA and other abuse and gives 24 hours to takedown the content or they’ll suspend your account.

3. You mean interserver.net? The answer is no. Interserver is not a DMCA ignored hosting provider. Unlike most U.S. based web hosting companies they’ll ask their user to take down the infringing content in 24 hrs.
Are you looking for DMCA ignored hosting in only U.S or you can get try Europe.

5. For shared web hosting in the U.S. you can try ordering from The-Online.com which has servers in east coast, web coast too. They forward DMCA and abuse complaints to users and ask the user to take action. Quite liberal hosting provider and also safe for hosting manga and comic content, images, etc. But I will suggest that you get shared hosting from The Online’s europe location which is more resilient to DMCA takedown. Many users here claim its best for hosting content which can attract DMCA notices.

7. Inteserver is not DMCA ignored hosting provider. They act on all DMCA notices.
Better to host with other like Ava, Alexhost, The Online, Cloudzy, BuyVM.

8. If you are looking for interserver alternative then better get web hosting shared/cpanel/vps from the-online.com as they are more reliable and DMCA ignored.

10. And for bulletproof hosting in europe you can checkout privatelayer. Also there’s nforce which is where most adult/manga sites are hosted. Even the-online.com is good choice of manga comic content. In fact, many reddit users and some memebers in blackhatworld forum have recommended the-online.com as safe and secure hosting.

11. Or go with Russian web hosts if you are okay hosting with them. Selectel.ru and others.

12. Thanks I’ve bookmarked the-online.com now for dmca ignored provider. I’ve some plans to start file-hosting site and might require a true and reliable webhost.
