Google Chrome introduces Chrome Enterprise Premium – Should I get it?

Recently, Google has launched a new Google Chrome version called Google Chrome Enterprise Premium browser which comes with enhanced security measures, including data protection and malware scanning. As reported by AndroidPolice, the Chrome Enterprise Premium browser is paid verison which offers data loss prevention and malware deep scanning while the free Chrome version has general phishing and malware protection. As a business customer (I own small business plus use Google Workspace) my question is should I download this Enterprise Premium Chrome? What advantages beyond it will have from free Chrome browser?

    Actually for small business organizations this new paid Google Chrome Enterprise Premium is offered at quite cheaper cost, just $6 a month. That equates to any anti-virus or anti-malware app or software we install on mobile or desktop. Moreover, the main objective of paid Enterprise Premium is Chrome Enterprise Premium it is designed to address the increasing complexities of endpoint security in today’s businesses.

  3. In March, the Google Chrome (free) got an upgrade to its default Safe Browsing mode in Chrome, aimed at providing improved protection against malicious websites. Previously, this mode relied on a locally stored list that updated every 30-60 minutes to identify potential threats. However, Google Chrome free has now incorporated real-time checks against a server-side list of unsafe sites, a feature borrowed from the opt-in Enhanced protection mode of Safe Browsing. So if you want you can keep free version or if you are a serious organisation, then better upgrade to Chrome Enterprise Premium.
