I know not all domain registrar offer cheapest .com domains. Some do offer .xyz or .ooo domains for low price. But who is the cheapest domain registrar when it comes to register .com domain? Any one selling .com for as cheap as less than a dollar? I know neither godaddy, namecheap, spaceship or even porkbun or cosmotown offer cheapest .com, so any domain registrar that offers a promo code for .com registration below $1? The-Online.com offers any such coupon or domain promo?

Cheapest domain registrar for new gtlds can be Porkbun. They have many promo for new gtlds. but I’ve read on lowendtalk that they suspend domains even if google safe browsing misappropriately marks a domains as not safe. Else their prices can be low.
Cheapest domain provider in India is the-online.com for .IN domains. I had registered two .in domains for just INR 49 with their promo code which is like 50 cent (less than a dollar). But the offer didn’t last longer than a week. I’ve not seen any other India domain registrar selling .IN domains and even .com domains for as low as Rs 49 a year
In UK I used to buy domains at either dynadot or 123-reg but when I came across cheapest offers on .UK and .CO.UK ccTLDs at The Online here, I migrated most of domain names here and also registered new .UK domain (though offer is vaild for 1st year of registration)
In Australia too I can say The-Online.com is cheapest domain registrar. I had registered .COM.AU domain with their promo code for 1 AUD only. And .com domain for $1.99 in last month. Also, I can mention cosmotown for cheapest .com reg. In Australia there are no providers which provide such low cost domains.
In the U.S. the cheapest could be The-Online.com but only when they offer promo pricing or give out coupon on domain registrations. If I check tld-list there is spaceship, cosmotown and porkunbun who has some discount pricing. But after reading neagitve review of spaceship suspending domains and accounts often, I would rather stay away from spaceship registrar. Next best one could be sav.com and dreamhost, but dreamhost renewal pricing is way higher. It’s about $20 for .com renewal. Anyone using Cloudflare registrar?
Cloudflare registrar is ain’t cheap. Though they market it as wholesale domain registrar but the .com domain renewal cost is $9.77 and its manadatory to use cloudflare nameservers. You can’t use another registrar’s nameserver. so its not useful. I’ll say cosmotown has lowest pricing if we compare.
