Google Discover is a personalized feed of articles, videos, and other content on the google app and google.com on mobile and desktop devices that shows users related information to their interest. As a Google Discover SEO Expert I’m sharing some recommendations that I’ve found to be helpful in getting discover traffic for your site.
Here are best tips that work and help your website appear in Google-Discover.
- Individual pages that demonstrate expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness (E-A-T) are quickly surfaced on Google Discover.
- Use short and emotional headlines with eye-catching images
- The minmum width of images to appear on Google Discover should be 600px wide. Use 1200px wide images as per expert recommendation.
- Do not use watermark. Use original images.

- Maintain consistency in publishing articles. A daily 2-3 aritlces should be published.

- Add push notifications to your website to help users find content quickly.
- Use Google Ads to get traffic from Google Search Network (third-party sites who are Adsense publishers) to get natural traffic to the posts. A daily 20-30 clicks is sufficient for getting exposure on Google Discover.
- Create and publish mobile-friendly content. Make your site responsive.

- Content should follow best practices for Discover and must not violate Google Search’s overall policies, Google Search’s spam policies, etc.
thanks. This tips are very useful. I’m publishing high quality content. I’m using google trends to find current topics and write content as per Google webmaster standards abiding all Google policies. Also I’m using a minimum 1200px wide images and seen my site getting impressions and clicks from Google Discover. After adding 2 images I’ve seen 3x boost from Discover traffic to my website.
