Domain Buyers face 5% fee for buying domains at Spaceship
Thorsten posted on X that he found Spaceship was charing 5% commission fee to a buyer who was buying domain name from Spaceship sellerhub marketplace. Earlier Spaceship just asked a fee of 5% from domain sellers. Now it seems buyers are also charged 5% extra fee on total domain value when they are paying it. I first thought Spaceship shifted the fee from seller to buyer but the tweets reveal that they’ve started adding commission fee to domain buyers as well. If you know any domain buyer interested to buy your domain from seller-hub marketplace let them know this additional 5% commission they would be paying.
