My secureserver.net review about domain and cPanel hosting
Few months ago I registered domain name with secureserver.net site and also then ordered shared cpanel hosting plan from them. Secureserver has many payment options including secure paypal, credit card payments and local payments too. So the purchase process was easy and error-free. My domain name (.com) was registered quickly and appeared in my account after making payment. Only draw back was, I was not able to choose EUR currency on cart checkout page. But it was available on product page. Hope they fix it. The domain control panel (dcc.secureserver.net) is simple with minimalist design and is clutter-free. It comes with DNS, domain forwarding, domain lock, and other domain protection options. That’s quite an improvment over their older version of the panel and quite better than dynadot, porkbun or namecheap panels. Cpanel hosting plan comes with NVMe disk storage which is quite fast. I’ve got 3x more speed than what I got on bluehost and hostinger web hosting. Secureserver.net cpanel hosting comes with unmetered bandwidth, and I’ve choosen their Europe (Netherlands) datacenter location. But you can choose North America, or Asia too. Cpanel is latest and updated with all standard features. It also comes with daily backups. I hope it also had on-demand backup, but that’s not a big deal on shared hosting service. What I liked is speed. My wordpress sites literally got boost in google search results when I migrated my site to secureserver.net from hostinger. Support is also quick via email. But if you call their phone number, 480-624-2500 then you’ll have to wait for 20 to 30 minutes for someone to attend you. But their support executives are quite helpful. They fixed my wordpress installation and helped me with broken .htacess file. So I’ll give 4/5 stars for secureserver.net support. David really went to the core of the problem and solved it. thanks. In all, its been 7 months I’ve successfully hosting with secureserver.net web hosting and will be purchasing more accounts for my clients too. Never though they’ve such great web hosting service and its affordable too.
