Seeking a non-US domain registration provider doesn’t suspend domain
I purchased few products from a merchant site and paid. They haven’t delivered. It been six months. No replies to my email. The site is using reverse-proxy from Cloudflare. I tried to contact Cloudflare but they didn’t help. So I created a revenge site and exposed the merchant’s fraud business. I hosted it on Cloudflare (and also registered domain with them) but they suspended it.
Now I’m seeking a secure non-US domain registrar (offshore) that doesn’t takedown domain name for mere complaints and helps to host free speech, and even revenge websites which exposes fraud. My friend from reddit recommend me to try domain registration and web hosting services from The-Online.com as they are secure and don’t suspend domains randomly and verifies if complaints are real or not. Is that true? And also you guys only act upon Court order to takedown domain? true?

How about Njalla (Njal.la)? Thousands of bad reviews about Njalla where they not only suspend but confiscate your domain name (as it is registered in their name legally). Has anyone got luck hosting revenge or nulled script sites with Njalla or still The-Online.com is safe bet to host securely?
Read Njalla’s trustpilot reviews and you’ll avoid them at all cost. Also there are many post related to them on blackhatworld forum. Better not use them. Euorpean domain registrars are most secure than US and Canadian. EasyDNS does acts on abuse reports and can takedown domain/site hosted with them. You can try alexhost, privatelayer, etc if you have more budget. For affordable pricing I’ll stick to the-online.com. Also, Gandi.net is good but not hosting. And I’ll remind you no domain registrar is fully bulletproof. Though you can make a account with just an email at the-online.com and pay with any name/billing address but ultimately while paying you’ll have to insert your credit card/paypal or other payment info. Though they don’t save it.
