What should I choose managed wordpress or cpanel?
I want to host my wordpress site at The-Online.com. My friend recommended me to get managed wordpress plan as it has wordpress-optimized servers and he showed me it runs quite fast utilizing least CPU and RAM. Also, The Online has cPanel web hosting plan which has one-click WordPress app but its unmanaged wordpress. Right now I’m hosting with Bluehost but their servers are not reliable neither the site is fast. I have around 5000+ wordpress posts and each one has 2 to 3 pictures. Average daily traffic is 3000 unique visitors and its expected to rise. I’m thinking to order managed wordpress as it has better server, more CPU and RAM than the cPanel shared hosting. Will it be right?
I’ve recently upgraded from shared cPanel to managed word-press plan here with The-Online.com. Believe me its real fast, more optimized server and infact the CPU load has gone down from 48% to just 7% without tweaking my site or plugins. I’ve over 35 plugins installed and now my wp site loads blazing fast. It might be due to less tenants on the server and more guaranteed resources provided on managed hosting plan. Quite faster than my previous dreamhost.
