Managed WordPress Hosting USA

Need cheap managed wordpress hosting provider in the U.S.

I have a web design angency which designs mainly wordpress sites for my clients across the U.S. So I need cheap managed wordpress hosting company based in U.S. and has local datacenter to host wordpress sites. Please don’t suggest wp engine or kinsta or instawp. Suggest something simple, powerful, more reliable and pocket friendly wordpress hosting provider that charges monthly, has no restrictions on adding plugins (like other providers restrict) and I can scale up or down easily.

I’ve come across Managed WordPress plans from The Online here. How is the speed and features? can anyone review it, so I can go ahead and buy?
