Indexing Services use redirect indexing method?

Does URL indexer services use redirect indexing?

Can anyone confirm if paid / free indexing services which offer URL indexing in search engines like google and bing use the URL redirect indexing method? For those who don’t know, URL redirect indexing is when you publish a post and include that URL in sitemap, ping it to search engines, but that URL is redirected (using redirect plugin or htacess) to the original URL you want to index. This helps to index the money-site URLs or your backlinks if you purchase paid plans or use any free indexing services on the web. In long-term I think it harms your money site if thousands of URLs are created using redirect indexing method and googlebot sent to your original site. So does all URL indexer services use this method or they use more toxic method like google indexing api? I’ve read posts on blackhatworld forum that google later penalizes websites inside GSC when someone uses “google indexing api” for non-job posts related content.
