Should I buy .com domain or a country code domain for blogg-ing? How about getting both? I’ve read on reddit that now-a-days Google values ccTLD more and ranks them higher if the content is targeted to local market/region?
I’ve got already a blog for myself. Its been built on wordpress.com free plan. I need to get a wordpress hosting with either The-Online.com hosting or other provider under my own custom domain and hosting plan. Blogs on wordpress.com subdomain even if paid or free do not rank anymore in google and bing search engines on page 1 or 2. They been literally de-ranked. So I am looking to switch to paid wordpress hosting under my own .com domain.
