Need a true DMCA ignore domain registration provider
In past few year I’ve tried to register domain name with so-called domain registrar who promote themselves as “DMCA ignored” but when real DMCA notice arrives they either threaten me to suspend the domain or remove the content. I’ve tried Njalla, Nicenic, and even Orangewebsite.
Through a Reddit user I came to know that The Online is also a reliable domain registrar to host domain names that may get DMCA removal notices and that you guys do not suspend domains if you get DMCA notice at your abuse email address, and just forward it to the domain registrant? Is that true? How secure is your domain registration?
You have come to the right place then. The-Online.com is a DMCA ignored domain registrar and hosting provider. They’ll just forward DMCA abuse notices to your email address. It’s upto you (the customer) to address it or dispute it. I’ve never seen them suspending my domains for DMCA complaints. Generally, the send 7-8 DMCA notices to my email address and I don’t remove the content (mostly). In all, I’ve 3 domain names registered and hosted here. So, they are quite safe domain registrar and not like Njalla – which suspends and confiscates your domain for receiving just single DMCA or abuse notice.
Forget nicenic.net, in old days they were DMCA ignored, now-a-days, they are just like Internet.bs which wants their domain registrants to deal with abuse and DMCA in-time or they’ll simply suspend domain. Plus avoid Shinjiru. They too are don’t ignore DMCA complaints now. Only Njal.la was left but their reputation has gone down it feels more like a scam.
There is nothing like DMCA ignoring domain registrar. The-Online.com is most liberal among all registration companies as they do not take responsibility on DMCA. Even Namesilo forwards DMCA to the domain registrants. As said above, avoid Asia based registrar. Njalla is big no. Read their trustpilot reviews, or users reddit posts or even some threads on Black Hat World. Mostly people avoid Njalla.
