Need more better domain registrar than Mitsu
I’ve few domains registered with Mitsu (mitsu.in) an Indian domain registrar for .in domains. Got poor customer service from them and they don’t even reply emails. So I am looking to transfer domain to other Indian domain registrar which is better than Mitsu. Many users on inforum suggested that The Online is an solid alternative with cheaper price and better support. So, I’ve decided to transfer few domains to the-online.com and to bigrock for time-being. Can I pay via UPI? What other payment modes available?
I will advice to transfer domain registration to The-Online.com as they are quite friendly, helpful and have many more payment modes. You can pay in INR or in USD. You can also securely pay with PayPal if you select USD. Or if you are paying in Indian rupees then you’ve UPI, netbanking, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallet option as payment mode. Even .IN domain registrations are instant here. With other domain registrars they simply wait for payment confirmation and ask for eKYC and other personal documents, but at The Online its asked afterwards. As a registrant you’ve ample time to submit documents if needed. Even Bigrock is better but again their support is questionable.
For .IN domains my choice is always The-Online.com. I’ve more than 50 domains registered here on behalf of my web design agency clients. Support is helpful in setting up domain, email, dns, mx records, everything. Later I’ve got cPanel shared web hosting from them too. Bigrock is okaish. Prices are too high. You can also try OVH domains. But I don’t think OVH is Indian provider.
Mitsu.in has many bad reviews. Even google it and you’ll find articles regarding harrasing their customers. Better go with reliable providers like Namecheap or Namesilo. Both are U.S. based but still offer .IN domains.
I’ve many domains registered, both .in and .com, with Godaddy-India and The Online. both are good. It’s been like 10 years now. Even I had few with bigrock but then consolidated.
Yeah.. I am Canadian and own few .IN domains that I’ve registered with The Online here since last four years. Really nice service and better pricing. Got discount on each domain renewal too. I don’t think many domain registrars now offer promo price when renewing domain. Something like 10 years ago Godaddy used to provide promo codes but those days are gone.
Can we register .bharat domain with the-online.com?
