12. the-online.com hosting plans are quite cheap to start woocommerce store on cpanel with one-click wordpress. I’m using their woocommerce on cheapest Starter plan. My store has like 200 products, and 13 plugins including form, popup, newsletter, and aioseo too. Works extremly well. I paid $1.49 per month for their hosting plan. I’ve few sites yet to be migrated from namecheap hosting and bluehost.
