Wild West Domains, LLC as the Domain Registrar of The-Online.com?

sponsoring registrar is wild west domains?

I registered few domain name yesterday at The-Online.com and found out in WhoIS record that the sponsoring registrar is Wild West Domains, LLC based in U.S. is that true that The-Online.com uses Wild West Domains as their domain registrar, because I was told on BlackHatWorld that they use Namesilo and even Nicenic.net (offshore domain registrar) as their sponsoring domain registrar?
