I need to host my docker on a VPS (virtual machine) and need to buy vm with annual payment, no contract like Ovh, Ionos or Hetzner. Just simple annual billing for the virtual machine. I've found The Online selling VPS hosting plan for 1 CPU and 1GB RAM for $6.99 a month. Is anyone using it? Is it free setup or any additional fee for setup? How is the performance of this server? Let me know before I purchase.

Hi Abelo, you can surely host your docker on virtual machine from the-online.com here. I too have a VPS with them. Performance-wise its better than OVHcloud server. Network is fast, and comes with unmetered bandwidth. CPU is Intel with 4GHz and is quite fast. Seems no overselling. There was a 10% off coupon code if you purchase 1 CPU VPS plan for $6.99 for annual basis. IDK if that coupon is still valid or not. But even without coupon the price is affordable if you are looking a reliable performance VPS in either U.S., Asia or Europe.

Yeah, their Netherland vps is dmca-ignored. I’m using it. Regarding cPanel, they provide cPanel license of the VPS for just $12.99 wherein you can install WHM and open upto 100 cPanel accounts on a single virtual machine, but, cPanel is not recommended on 1 CPU plan. You should buy 2 CPU or 4 CPU for cPanel virtual server.
You can get RackNerd VPS. For just $10 a year you’ll get 1 CPU, 1GB RAM VPS in U.S, Europe and Singapore. I’m using RackNerd for last 3 years. They are better and more cheap than OVH or Hetzner. But Racknerd is not DMCA ignored. The-Online.com is (in their EU location). Or you can try Hostbrr vm. They are reselling Hetzner. And there’s no contract like Hetzner.
