Earlier I had used Todaynic / Eranet – a Chinese domain registrar for registering domain name. Are they good for offershore registration – I mean secure and reliable? Or have they become like Nicenic? Keep suspending domains? Also suggest me reliable domain registrar.

No. they may be a Chinese registrar but now often suspend domains. If you are looking for reliable and secure domain registration which is offshore then try The-Online.com or some other in Europe or Asia. Avoid Chinese and Russian registrars.
the-online.com is preferred domain registrar for offshore domain registration. You can also try OpenProvider in EU.
Gandi.net is also European. Though they are also strict. If you are looking specifically for Chinese registrar then try Tencent/DNSpod. Avoid nicenic, todaynic / eranet. There was cnobin but I don’t know about their reliability anymore.
