My rediffmail account for business can’t stop spam emails at all. It’s flooded with spam. I read on google that lots of indian businesses who used rediffmail enterprise and free one, both are moving out. So even I’m keen to migrate my email inbox away from rediffmail. The two choices I’ve made is Titan mail and Professional Mail by The-Online.com. Which one is better and comes with more features and bit cheaper price than rediffmail? let me know.

Rediffmail has many drawbacks, its costly, plus the interface is so bad and there is no customer support. Its neither compatible with email client as it will only show last 15 days of email. So I migrated to The Online’s Professional Email. Its quite good than Rediffmail. Its comes with spamexperts Spam detection, anti-virus and malware protection, and can be accessed via mobile or any email client. Whilte rediffmail is one of the worst email suite experience. Never use rediffmail pro for professional business.
LOL, who uses rediffmail pro enterprise for hosting critical business emails in 2025? rediffmail is an outdate email suite. Get something better for your business startup. I would suggest google workspace (if you have budget) or get simple yet fully-featured The-Online.com’s business email suite. Even titan email (from resellerclub) is not bad. I’ve used both of them.
My rediffmail mail box was down for 15 days. And got zero support. I don’t know how much of important business e-mails I’ve lost in that time. I submitted error reports to their team and got no response. Later I transferred out my busi-ness mail from rediffmail. Will never recommend them.
The best alternative to rediffmail is Microsoft 365 email which I bought here at The-Online.com. It’s really neat, sleek, lots of space, email arrives in inbox, all email sent to receiver arrive in their inbox, plus its affordable than rediffmail or even titan mail. Also, excellent after-sales support provided by The Online email experts. I got help to set up new email account and configure it correctly. wow. Other alternative is workspace email. But sorry no rediffmail. It does not have good interface, can’t work with email clients like outlook or any other CRM or calendars, etc. Mailing issues often arise with no permanant solution from their support team.
