Need secure offshore shared web hosting that is affordable
Most offshore web hosting providers which offer offshore shared hosting like Linux or Windows with cPanel or Plesk generally sell those offshore plans at much higher price than the regular plans citing reasons like its secure, DMCA ignored, etc. but actually they’ll simply suspend your hosting account once they receive any abuse or copyright infringement notice. My friend from blackhatworld community suggested me to try offshore shared cPanel hosting from The Online as they charge same price for U.S based location and Europe/Singapore datacenter. I like to know is it truly offshore hosting? What is allowed and not allowed to host? Price per month?

The-Online.com’s offshore plans are in Netherlands (which is DMCA ignored country) and Singpore. I am having wordpress sites and recently upgrade from shared hosting to web hosting plus (business hosting) which gives dedicated CPU, dedicated RAM, and cPanel – and is just as good as renting a VPS but without self-managing it and its low cost compared to other offshore providers I’ve used in past.
anyone tried virtualine or alexhost for offshore? didn’t find good reviews about virtualine though they sell on blackhatworld.com
yeah even I do not find any one recommending virtualine.net on blackhatworld marketplace. While alexhost has some reviews about them. Then there is googiehost (its resembles as googlehost but I actually worst) and ultahost which is to be avoided. I had a bad experience with them. Then I moved to Shinjiru in Malaysia and got offshore VPS, though Shinjiru is not dmca ignored, but better than Romanian/Bulgarian, etc. web hosts.
You guys forgot orangewebsite.com? Seem they were good eariler. They are quite costly today. But they have good reviews. check them on trustpilot.
qloudhost is quite bad. same as pq.hosting (the.hosting). PQ seems russian? There was aeza host too which got US/UK sanctions list.
