Hi, if you’ve migrated from namecheap hosting cPanel to The-Online.com’s cPanel manually without our assistance and free migrations then you can contact our support by email and they’ll help you to fix this issue. Most of the time its DNS propogation issue that cuts-off your site from the internet as DNS servers update when you switch web hosts. Please wait for 24 to 48 hours and then using URL inspection tool request indexing again. Also, check if the files you uploaded via FTP or cPanel files manager are UTF-8 and have read/write access. If the files don’t have read access Googlebot will not able to crawl. Also check your .htacess file.

It can be DNS resolution problem. It happen when you migrate and change nameservers in your DNS panel when you go to new web hosting provider. It will get automatically fixed. Even I had similar issue when I migrated from godaddy to The Online last year. My site suddenly not crawlable in google search console. It took about a day to two to get it crawled and indexed and from that day I didn’t had this problem. It got resolved forever!
