Freenom domains are back but its not free anymore
Recently Freenom (freenom.com) domain registrar launched its domain registration service but they are no more selling free .tk domains. Earlier they lost ICANN accredition and even closed free domain registration which allowed to register .tk, .cf, .gq domains. Though most of these free domains were used for spam and phishing, Meta sued Freenom for allowing to register facebook related domains. Even today facebooklogin.tk is available at Freenom.
But now Freenom has started paid domain registration services. Use can register .tk, .cf, and .gq domains. Be cautious while registering domains with Freenom. They had a reputation to suspend domains and monetize it.
Earlier when freenom was offering free .tk domain registration I had registered few names for legit business use, but freenom suspended them without warning once it got traffic. So I am no longer using freenom even when they now selling paid domain registration. Once the trust is gone is gone. Is there any other legit .tk domain name registration provider?

Yeah for .tk domains I prefer to register them with the-online.com and also with gandi.net as earlier my freenom domains were auto transferred to gandi.net when freenom lost ICANN accredition.
freenom.com site is down for me. Can’t even browse.
