I just read that Dynadot domain registrar is not DMCA friendly and they act on DMCA abuse strictly. Where can I find their DMCA policy. can someone explain it to me? Also, which domain registrar is better in terms of secure registration and not suspending domain names due to DMCA?

Dynadot takes copyright and DMCA complaints seriously and will investigate reports of abuse tied to domains registered on their platform and most suspend the domain if DMCA abuse is not addressed by the domain registrant.
Yes. Dynadot does act on DMCA abuse complaints. Read their DMCA policy page. Even if you don’t use their web hosting service and only use their domain registration service then also they’ll send you DMCA notice and ask you take down infringing content.
For secure domain registration you can try other icann-accredited registrars like the-online.com in the U.S, Openprovider in EU, or Shinjiru in Asia. These are more secure and kind of DMCA friendly from my own experience. I’ve many domain names registered with them and never receive DMCA. Mostly they’ll ask the complainant to forward DMCA to the web hosting provider of the infringing website. Domain Registrars should not act on DMCA abuse. Let the hosting company act on it if its servers are located in the U.S. as DMCA law is enforceable only on North American land.
