Need to transfer out from cheapnames

Any suggestions as how to transfer out domain registration from cheapnames? Recently their pricing has increased with renewal coupons not working. I was thinking to transfer to namesilo or godaddy. Also, how is the-online.com registrar? Do you offer renewal coupon? Somewhere I read its 30% off when a user renews domain name for 2 year or more. true?
