BSNL telecom operator has blocked following websites without court-order in one or more telecom circles in India, including Kerala.

https://www.t.me: Shortened domain for Telegram.
https://www.bit.ly: A URL shortening service.
https://www.themoviedb.org: An online platform that provides information about movies, TV shows, and actors.
https://www.dailymotion.com: A video-sharing platform like Youtube where users can watch, upload, and share videos.
