I’m having custom domain name registrered with The-Online.com for my blog-ger.com blog. Its really simple. You need to search and register the domain, and add appropriate record in DNS here and under your blogger dashboard you’ll need to enter custom domain. that’s it. Google has recommeded the-online.com for custom domain registration in their official blog. Other good domain provider is dyna-dot. But their support is quite slow.
cheap domain registrar is actually cosmotown if you speak about .com domain. But I’ll not recommend them for using as their support is non-existent. Better get domain from a reliable domain company like The-Online.com or go-daddy or name-cheap. The Online has 99 cent domain promo for 1st year of .com registration. Grab it if you can.
