Cloudflare Automatic Platform Optimization (APO)

Cloudflare Automatic Platform Optimization (APO) is it worth?

I found this feature in my Dashboard within Cloudflare. Its called APO for WordPress sites. APO means Automatic Platform Optimization. Is anybody using it? Is it worth to pay $5 per month for APO? All i could find this information: Automatic Platform Optimization (APO) includes ultra-fast CDN, intelligent caching and requires no setting up.

APO intelligently caches your HTML pages on Cloudflare, so users will always see the latest content without compromising the performance of pages that haven’t been recently updated. APO allows Cloudflare to serve your entire WordPress site from its global network ensuring consistent, fast performance for visitors no matter where they are. Cloudflare can serve the entire website from their global network to make a site’s time to first byte (TTFB) both fast and consistent. APO intelligently caches static and dynamic content resulting in a speedy and consistent time to first byte (TTFB) for your website.

Does The-Online.com has some server-side caching or recommend any free plugin that can beat Cloudflare APO in terms of features, full caching on Cloudflare edge and is free? Do recommend here.
