Virtualine Hosting Reviews

Anyone used virtualine hosting which markets itself as bulletproof?

I stumbledupon virtualine.net web hosting advertised post on black hat world forum. They are selling bulletproof hosting for people interested in hosting shady stuff or illegal stuff. But could not find any positive reviews about them. I’ve read on reddit conversations that such hosts are pretty unreliable in terms of stability, uptime, and may be oversold. Lots of black hat stuff being hosted like adult sites, carding sites, hack forums, counterfeit product stores, vpn, illegal streaming of live sports or movie downloads and all such stuff which can make their upstream to pull plug anytime. So hosting a mainstream non-shady on such web host will give headache to me or I should stick with general web hosts like hetzner, ovh, etc.
