Namecrane has not started providing domain registration services yet. Neither you can transfer domains to them. May be they’ll get ready after they integrate with various domain registries. I’ve been using nicenic and they are good. But not free speech or dmca ignored registrar. Lately they’ve been taking down the domains. You can read more on blackhatworld. In case of The-Online.com, yes, they are quite liberal and value free speech. You can safely register domains with them. I haven’t seen them suspending domains. Atleast no one talked about it on public forums or here.

Incognet is reseller of internet.bs which is now apart of team internet UK company. So internet.bs can’t be a safe and secure domain registrar as it used to be earlier when it was Bahamas company.
thanks for suggesting namecrane. will check them out. I just registered .com domain with the-online.com after I came to know they’re free speech registrar. Earlier I had registered domains with Epik and they just kept suspending domains and taking them down. I’ll now transfer out those from them.
