I was using a subdomain on myorderbox.com domain from where I bought few domain names. Now, when I try to go to their site it says site not found error. So, I can’t register domain at myorderbox any more! Last month it had SSL issue and didn’t load in the browser, now the entire storefront is missing. I can’t contact that company. myorderbox.com domain belongs to resellerclub and they allot subdomains to their domain resellers. If a reseller changes their subdomain then the storefront site becomes unaccessible. You can contact that reseller by email if you had earlier purchased with them. Also I too had many problem with myorderbox platform. I paid but reseller took money and never registered domain name. It’s a unreliable platform and mostly consist of fraud or scam domain registration stores that will take money from customer but no deliver the domain name or web hosting. Even I have heard stories about some resellers stealing or deleting the domain names registered by their customers. So avoid using myorderbox. Go with some reputed domain registrar directly.
many a times I could not register or even renew domain name on time at myorderbox storefront. The reseller was not responsive and quick so I just left. Better to use established domain registration websites like the-online.com, bigrock, mitsu, etc.
Forget about getting tech or billing support on time if you are buying domain name from myorderbox.com sub resellers. You’ll be paying money but not getting domain or even refund.
