You can contact that reseller by email if you had earlier purchased with them. Also I too had many problem with myorderbox platform. I paid but reseller took money and never registered domain name. It’s a unreliable platform and mostly consist of fraud or scam domain registration stores that will take money from customer but no deliver the domain name or web hosting.
