Why pages with generic lorem ipsum content getting indexed?

I just uploaded generic template which consist content “lorem ipsum” which comes as default with the site theme and does not have any meaning. Still google has indexed over 200 pages of lorem ipsum content and even ranking for it. Why does google or bing ranks such content? They should have filter such web pages thus saving the crawl budget of the site.
