Yes, I’ve used Jumper Media to boost my website ranking in google. They might be using CTR manupulation method or some bot traffic using real browsers and mimicking as real users. My site ranking has gone up by 2 ranks in past 4 months. But later it got tanked. So can’t say if this rank boost using such tactics really help in long-term. It may affect the website badly if google detect any foul play to increase ranks or even GMB listing rankings.
