Internet Magnet Pty Ltd is SCAM or Legit?

Is this hosting provider scam or legit?

Originally it was MAN Hosting GMBH S.R.L in Romania which ran ihostart.com site which provided VPS hosting and dedicated server hosting. Now, that company’s registration was suspended for an alleged crypto fraud. Then the owner registered new company in South Africa called as Internet Magnet (Pty) Ltd having Reg. No. 2024/486795/07. Has anyone done business like buying servers, dmca ignored, etc. from this Internet magnet pty ltd south african company? Do they really provide servers or just another hosting scam?
