We are happy to refund you If you are not statisfied with our services. If you have made a direct purchase at The-Online.com website for any product or services related to domain name and web hosting, you can email us for refund request. Note: You must have an active product or service in your account to get refund. Also, please do not file a chargeback or open Paypal dispute before contacting us for refund. We may apply $150 chargeback / dispute fee plus close your account immediately thus suspending your all products and services.
