What is this DNH Domain Hosting Srvcs charge on my bank statement?
I was directed here to The-Online.com from a reddit post about DNH Domain Hosting Srvc charge on credit card / bank statement. What is it? I can’t remember anything purchased rom DNH Domain Hosting services! I do remeber to have bought cPanel web hosting plan for $1.99 a discount price from the site secureserver.net owned by The-Online.com last year. But why I am getting charged from DNH Domain-Hosting srvc? Is it legit charge?
DNH Domain Hosting Srvc / DNH Domain Hosting Srvcs is a legit charge on your credit card bank statement. This appears when you register domain name or buy web hosting services or other internet services like email, SSL, website builder, web design, VPS, wordpress hosting, online store, ecommerce, email marketing, SEO services from The-Online.com website via their storefront http://www.secureserver.net OR one of their reseller storefront. It’s neither a scam nor wrong charge on your card or paypal. If you have auto renewal then your credit card statement will see this charge. If you want a refund or account credit you can email support @ the-online.com and they’ll issue a refund if your product/services are eligible for a refund according to their ToS and refund policy. I’ve got refunded two time in last 5 years for domain name I accidently renewed.
Yes, DNH Domain-hosting srvc is a legit charge. I always see it every month on my card statement as it is for my website builder plan that I’ve bought on monthly payment basis. For first time even I was confused as what this $7 per month charge is but then when I emailed them they explained its for website builder. They use generic biller name as “dnh domain hosting srvcs” for this to allow their resellers to use it as whitelabel name.
DNH domain hosting is legit. I’ve seen it on my bank statement. This charge is shown because you’ve purchased domain or webhosting services from the-online.com from their secureserver.net store.
