It’s neither a scam nor wrong charge on your card or paypal. If you have auto renewal then your credit card statement will see this charge. If you want a refund or account credit you can email support @ the-online.com and they’ll issue a refund if your product/services are eligible for a refund according to their ToS and refund policy. Yes, DNH Domain-hosting srvc is a legit charge. I always see it every month on my card statement as it is for my website builder plan that I’ve bought on monthly payment basis. For first time even I was confused as what this $7 per month charge is but then when I emailed them they explained its for website builder. They use generic biller name as “dnh domain hosting srvcs” for this to allow their resellers to use it as whitelabel name.
