I have very long posts and want to refresh adsense ads. Is is possible to refresh adsense ads by adding a javascript code or refreshing an element/block on a web page? Is is allowed as per adsense policies and terms? I couldn’t find any right answer even on google adsense community. Please suggest right answer for this.

In Google Ad Manager (GAM) you can refresh ads after certain interval. So if a publisher uses ad manager then can he refresh the adsense ads after few seconds? I suppose it does not violet the adsense placement policy!
Even if you use GAM / Google Ad Manager or any other third-party ad server you still have to abide with adsense policies regarding ad placement. You cannot auto refresh ads or even auto refresh the page as it will increase the ad impressions without users’ consent. If user refreshes the webpage by hitting the browser refresh button then its okay.
