In March 2026, it reportedly offered to move customers’ services to a separate shell company after receiving an official law enforcement request.
The Justice Department also accuses Virtualine of ignoring warnings about a forum distributing CP abuse material and helping its operators establish another site. Virtualine’s operator has disputed the exploitation allegations. Authorities further allege that direct Bitcoin payments from criminal customers were laundered to conceal their origin.
