The UDRP case filed by <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rapido_(company)\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rapido_(company)\" rel=\"noopener\">Rapido<\/a> was denied and the respondent won the case. Rapido&#8217;s official website still remains as <strong>rapido.bike<\/strong> but since it wants to venture into food delivery like an alternative to swiggy and zomato, it did wants to grab a premium domain name rapido.com but it failed to win the case. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Rapido lost the UDRP? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The responsdent argued that they used Rapi-do domain name way earlier than Rapido bike was incorporated or started its bike taxi aggregator business. Also, Rapido is a generic term used to describe fast.
